STORY UP
Support program for short film directors
STORY UP helps up-and-coming directors create films and expand into the global market by providing financial support, post-production support, expert mentoring, and assistance with submission to various film festivals in and outside Korea. The program also organizes short film screening events, STORY UP SHORTS, to introduce talented creators and their films to the public, thereby driving the growth of Korea’s film industry.

CJ Music Scholarship
Korea’s only support program for contemporary music students studying overseas
CJ Music Scholarship helps Korean students at Berklee College of Music and at prestigious music graduate schools foster and showcase their talent on global stages. "Girls’ Education" is a campaign held to improve the educational environment for girls in developing countries and encourage better lives. CJ contributes to raising awareness and promoting consensus on girls’ education through media outreach and leverage of various business platforms, including global festivals such as KCON and MAMA, as well as Olive Young.
Korea–China Short Film Festival
A film festival that fulfills the dreams of young Asian filmmakers
CJ Cultural Foundation has been discovering and nurturing young and talented film directors in China by hosting the Korea–China Short Film Festival since 2014. The foundation is devoted to helping Asia establish itself as the heart of the global cultural market by laying the groundwork for creation in both Korea’s and China’s filmmaking industries.
Korea–Vietnam Short Film Contest
Forming the foundation for development of the film industry in Vietnam
CJ Cultural Foundation has been supporting young film directors in Vietnam in making short films since 2018.
