CJ CheilJedang introduces new package design for deep seawater

 

CJ CheilJedang, the first in Korea to commercialize deep seawater through desalination and purification, will introduce a new package for Ulleung Mine-Water on the 29th of July. Developed through several months of joint research and development, the new package of transparent glass bottle replaces the existing PET package to accentuate the premium quality of product. Also, by harmoniously using black and silver, this new package emphasizes simple and sophisticated image. In particular, considering that the major consumers of Ulleung Mine-Water are women in their 20s, this package was created in the portable size (330ml) that can be held in one hand or carried in a bag. The joint research and development for this new package drew attention of the industry insiders as it was participated by not only Design Center of CJ CheilJedang, but also Kinneir Dufort, an internationally renowned design company of UK and INNO Design, the design and consulting specialist of Korea that is famous for the designs of ‘iriver’ and ‘Anycall Horizontal Instinct Mobile Phone’, etc. The bottle package has been enhanced of hardness by 30% than the existing PET package to recreate Ulleung Mine-Water as a product rich in healthy mineral contents.
