Last March 25, CJ presented “Hot Chicken Cooking Source” mixed with kochujang (fermented hot pepper-soybean paste) and Korean fruits. This is the premium chicken cooking source designed to improve taste with kochujang and various Korean fruits such as apples and pears. The source will remove chicken’s unique odor, thereby highlighting chicken taste with gingers, apples and pears, so that anyone can cook chicken stews with ease. While no MSG is used, soup-bones, anchovies and mushrooms are added to provide a fresh taste.
