CJ Cultural Foundation (Chairman Lee Jae-hyun) holds Music Oasis, a tune up stage, with musicians from the nation's leading indie musician support program, Tune Up.
Based on Chairman Lee’s philosophy on social contribution, “Companies must be friends to the dreams of young people,” CJ Cultural Foundation has been discovering talented musicians through its indie musician support program, Tune Up, since 2010. The foundation has produced musicians who are active both in Korea and abroad, like Se So Neon, MeloMance, and Car the Garden, and is supporting the musical growth and successful entry of musicians into the domestic and the international market through the provision of customized support for each stage of growth.
Fans can watch live performances from Youra and Yoon Ji Young, singer songwriter from Tune Up, the foundation’s musician support program.

Music Oasis, the latest Tune Up performance, will be held on July 8 at Nodle Island Live House, a specialized concert hall. This marks the second mid-sized planned performance at an 800-seat concert hall, following the success of last year’s first Tune Up Stage, Dear My Playlist. The theme of this year’s performance is Oasis in Daily Life, which is expected to provide comfort and joy to more audience members with music from Tune Up musicians compared to the performance held previously at CJ Azit Gwangheungchang.
The event presents a rare opportunity to listen to the live performances of Youra (21st year of Tune Up), who is enjoying immense popularity with her extraordinary vibes and unique voice, and Yoon Ji Young (23rd year of Tune Up), who has captivated her fans with her powerful voice and sincere lyrics.
CJ Cultural Foundation says, “This is a great chance for the diverse Tune Up musicians and for a larger audience with a bigger concert hall.”
A CJ Cultural Foundation representative said, “Following last year’s mid-sized Tune Up performance, Dear My Playlist, which we attempted for the first time, Tune Up musicians now get to meet more of the audience again this year. We will support the growth of Tune Up musicians in multiple aspects, not only by holding a mid- to large-scale concert like this as we gradually return to normal life, but also by helping them engage in various music activities in Korea and abroad.”
The ticketing for Music Oasis, a Tune Up Stage performance, will start at noon, Friday, June 9 at Ticket website (ticket.melon.com).
