CJmall offers a 30% discount for THE CJ CUP tickets with the D-100 Early Bird Discount Event until July 28. You can get 30% off not just for the general gallery tickets priced at 60,000-100,000 KRW a day, but also the all-day tickets for the entire tournament (250,000 KRW) and premium tickets where you can watch the tournament from an exclusive VIP area (200,000-250,000 KRW). Those who purchase the premium tickets will also be served with breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.

Other promotional events are also offered. All customers who purchase the premium tickets from the early bird sale will receive a Kakao Friends Golf Headcover, and those who purchase the all-day tickets will get Bridgestone TOUR B V10 Dozen (12 balls). All early bird ticket buyers will receive a 25% off coupon for golf wear to use on CJmall, and 30 of them will also be randomly selected to win a cap autographed by professional golfer Si-woo Kim himself. An extra 15% discount is offered for those who use KakaoPay to make payments.

78 global stars including Brooks Koepka will participate in the tournament, with a greater amount of prize money than the previous year

Celebrating its third year in 2019, THE CJ CUP will have a total 78 golfers participating in the tournament including Brooks Koepka ranked World Number 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking after winning last year's tournament. The total prize money will be 9.75 million USD (around 11 billion KRW), which is 250,000 USD more than last year. The Club at Nine Bridges in Jeju, where the tournament will take place, became the first in Korea to be ranked among the Top 100 Courses in the World selected by Golf Digest in 2005.

"Since it's a great chance to meet all the world-famous golfers we could normally only see on TV right here in Korea, we're offering all kinds of discounts, promotional events, and benefits," said an official at CJmall. "We hope that many people come to THE CJ CUP to support the Korean golfers as they prepare for the world stage."
