Sun-hwa Lee became the queen of prize money for the Futures Tour

Sun-hwa Lee (19.CJ) became the queen of prize money for the 2006 Futures Tour the second round tour in LPGA. It was a great day for Sun-hwa Lee on August 29th 2005 (Kora time). Sun-hwa Lee ranked 8th at the YWCA Futures Classic (The total prize money is $75,000) in Regents' Glen Country Club (Par 72) in York, PA., and was announced as the queen of prize money for the 2006 Futures Tour With $59,567 in prize money. She thereby acquired the ticket to participate in the 2006 LPGA tour, an invitation that is given to the top five prize money rankers in the Futures Tour. Sun-hwa Lee is the youngest champion in Korea and passed the test of Korea LPGA at the age of 14 as the 2nd highest ranked player. Two months later, she won the Second Round Tour and the following year, she won the MC Square Women’s Open.

In addition, Kyung-eun Bae (20.CJ), who could not get a chance to get a ticket for the LPGA tour because of her 8th rank on the prize money list at the Second Round Tour, finally claimed her first full LPGA tour ticket by being 3rd on the money list.
