"My No.1 Steak House" VIPS (VIPS, www.ivips.co.kr) said on Tuesday that it has released "Flambé Born-in Rib-eye Steak", a successor of its best-seller "Flambé Steak", which has been chosen by one out of every two customers.
As more and more customers love to choose a steak as their dining menu selection and reveal more expectations about the true taste and texture of a steak, VIPS is focusing on adding new premium steak choices to its menu and improving customer satisfaction.
"Flambé Bone-in Rib-eye Steak" presents a smooth texture and rich gravy as it uses "bone-in rib-eye", a premium cut of beef. VIPS explains that the menu selection adds to the excitement of eating as well as taste by applying flambéing, which creates a burst of flames on a dish.
Another new menu selection launched by VIPS is "Yum Stone Lobster" using a premium ingredient - lobster.
