As part of our efforts to promote truth in programming, it is our policy to use pre-recorded programming and product close-ups as much as possible. We also have a strict ban on lottery-style purchase incentives to promote sound consumption patterns. We were the first to publish our program schedule three weeks in advance as well as accept pre-orders. Our state-of-the-art logistics center and exclusive delivery partnership with CJ GLS help us get orders to our customers faster. We offer delivery guarantees as well special services such as delivery by female personnel for certain women¡¯s products and garment bag clothing delivery to prevent wrinkling.
